Some Good News from ErieTec: Food Bank Donations Total $10,300

We know that many people in our community are struggling right now, and we wanted to do our part to help out. So over the last few weeks we collected donations for food banks chosen by each of our branches in Erie, Meadville, Pittsburgh, Altoona, Indiana, and St. Marys – in addition to our corporate office and EB Controls. Those donations were matched by our ownership, and we ended up giving more than $10,000 across Pennsylvania.

As an essential part of the supply chain, we’re still working, but nothing is business-as-usual. We miss our customers and our manufacturers. We miss seeing our whole team in our offices, even! While we’re on the job, we’re still missing so much about our usual lives in our wonderful communities. We know that many of you are feeling the same – and that many of you aren’t even as fortunate as us to still be working.

We’re going to get through this. Hopefully our communities are going to begin opening up – safely – very soon. But until then, we wanted to share some positivity, some good news, and some hope with each of you.
