We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2023 Purvis Industries of Dallas has acquired ErieTec and EB Controls in Erie, Pennsylvania and all of their affiliated branch locations.
ErieTec has locations in Erie PA, Meadville PA, Pittsburgh PA, Indiana PA, Altoona PA, and St Marys PA. EB Controls is located in Erie PA.
We are very excited about the new opportunity this acquisition will provide for our organization as well as our supplier partners and look forward to meeting with and working with you going forward.
During the initial transition we will keep all billing and invoice processing the same while we determine the best process and course of action for each company. We will notify you of any address, name or billing changes as they occur. Here a current copy of our W9 for your information.
